This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are used on www.shangtongtech.com, what each of them does, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They allow the website to remember your actions and preferences over time, for example the language you selected, so that you do not have to set them again on every visit. Similar technologies such as local storage work in a comparable way, and this policy covers them too.
2. Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies. These are required for the website to work correctly and to keep it secure. They remember your language choice and your cookie preferences. They cannot be switched off through our banner, and we do not use them for advertising or profiling.
Analytics cookies. These are set only if you give consent. They help us understand which pages are used, how visitors reach us, and where the site could be improved. We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled and Google Signals disabled. If you do not consent, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected.

4. Managing your preferences
When you first visit the website, a banner lets you accept all cookies, accept only strictly necessary cookies, or choose analytics individually. You can change or withdraw your decision at any time by clicking Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. If you withdraw consent, analytics cookies previously stored by us are deleted.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings, where you can view, block and delete stored cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the website, such as the language selection, from working properly.
5. Changes and contact
We may update this Cookie Policy if we change the cookies we use. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
If you have questions about our use of cookies, write to sales@shangtongtech.com.
